Swimming offers a life long activity that you can do from birth until you are 100+. It is an excellent sport for cross training and allows athletes to increase their endurance, aerobic capacity, core strength, balance, and mental skills.
Swimming is a sport where everyone can be included. Your progress in the sport is best determined by your own improvements in technique, speed and efficiency.
Every child is different. Our approach with swimmers is to encourage while challenging them to achieve their full potential. Learning a new skill requires us to push the child out of their comfort zone in order to learn. You will see lots of repetitive skills. Swimming is a very repetitive sport and in order to instill the skills taught it is necessary to engrain those skills by using repetition for a firm foundation
